Disappointed because i use to love this place. Me and my family ordered 3 cheesesteaks. one with tomatoes and lettuce, another just cheese, and one with everything. we went to go pick it up and when we came home we realized that they messed up our order and gave us two plain cheese and one with tomatoes and lettuce. My mom was very upset because she wanted one with everything. We called and explained to the girl, she wrote the order down correctly but it was not packaged correctly and didn't understand when we explained to her what was wrong 3 times. We didn't want to drive all the way over there for THEIR mistake and asked for them to deliver to us, they said it would be a while because they were busy and expressed that our concerns were not important. We said we would wait and after an hour and a half passed we called and they wouldn't answer our phone calls and our delivery never came. This place sucks with customer service and the food isn't even the same from before. Messed up our night, not coming here again.
Update: After over 2 hours at closing time the owner (who just arrived at closing time) reached out to my sister.. he offered to bring it by but of course it's too late as the sandwich was for my mom and she already ate since hours passed by and the women there were ignoring our calls. He did offer to bring the correct sandwich by tomorrow. i added two more stars to my review because the women working there did not care one bit but at least the owner got back to us as soon as he found out. -

Ordered to-go order from here today .
I ordered two platters of rice/ribs/chicken & fries .
after it arrived we saw that there was no ribs there .
We immediately called them
& it took about 3x for them to answer .
Once I got through the woman who handled the phone insisted I didn't order ribs ,
but I know what I ordered.
I'd never order bbq & not get ribs period .
After explaining that to her she's like
"So what do you wanna do?"
uhhhmmm i don't know ?
You guys are the ones who run the business ,
you tell me how we fix this error .
Now 35 + minutes after the food was dropped off she told us to come pick up the correct order but bring back the old one .
That was enough for me to never go there again .
Chicken was good , rice was good ,
fries were from a frozen bag .

The wait is ridiculous on a Wednesday. Three employees and none could tell me how long my food would take. I walked out.

As usual, I attempted to order on the phone for pick up and the girl keeps me holding, taking other calls that I can hear. Fifteen minutes go by and I'm hung up on. I attempt this charade again and it's like Groundhog Day. So I drive over and expect the place to be packed. There is only one guy at the bar eating. I approach the counter and proceed to be ignored until I bring up the subject of perhaps placing an order. I can actually see the young lady in the back playing with her phone and not taking my order. The same young lady with the challenged phone skills.
I love the bbq here. But that type of service is disturbing to me. Perhaps no one cares. They do well as a business obviously. I guess the jokes on me. I still went and purchased food. But with every visit, the food loses quality. I wonder why? -

Fantastic. The wonderful smell envelops you as you come in the front door and the food was great. I had the half order of chicken kabobs. Really good.
